Hands-on team building workshops to help navigate change, collaboration, and creativity.
In a world that’s constantly changing, the teams that thrive are the ones who know how to adapt, collaborate, and stay aligned to purpose-driven values.
A new series of unique workshops from Jez Rose take team building to a whole new level.
Combining creativity, reflection, and science-based insight to deliver powerful, lasting outcomes for your organisation, not only is each tailored to you, they come with social impact, too.
These are guided, story-rich experiences designed to help your people press reset, reconnect, and rediscover how to create something remarkable together.
Creative + engaging team workshops.
Using clay as a creative and accessible medium, participants are guided through a series of reflective and collaborative experiences exploring communication, leadership, adaptability, trust, and shared values.
The process becomes a powerful metaphor for how teams work together: how ideas are shaped, where friction emerges, what gets overlooked, and what happens when people create with greater intention and alignment.
Each workshop also supports a charitable impact initiative, reinforcing the broader themes of contribution, purpose, and meaningful change.
What teams leave with:
Stronger communication and collaboration.
Greater trust, alignment, and shared ownership.
Practical insight into how teams respond to challenge and change.
A renewed sense of creativity, engagement, and connection.
Tangible reminders of the conversations and values shaped during the experience.
A shared experience that strengthens culture long after the workshop ends.
Reset how your team thinks.
These workshops are designed for organisations wanting more than traditional team building.
Whether supporting leadership teams through strategic change, reconnecting hybrid teams, exploring organisational values, or creating space for reflection and innovation, each experience is tailored to your people, culture, and goals.
Because meaningful change rarely happens through presentations alone - it happens through shared experience, conversation, and participation.
