MISSION

“Myrtle & Broadway Limited exists to create thoughtfully designed products, experiences, and content that contribute positively to people, communities, and the planet. Our mission is to build a values-led business that demonstrates that creativity, commerce, and conscience can work together to produce meaningful and lasting impact.

We are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout our organisation and supply chain. We actively seek to collaborate with and support suppliers, makers, and partners from under-represented communities and small independent businesses, particularly within the United Kingdom. We operate with transparency, fairness, and respect, and aim to contribute to wider social justice by ensuring that our work, partnerships, and platforms elevate diverse voices and create equitable opportunities.

Environmental stewardship is central to our operations. Myrtle & Broadway Limited is committed to reducing its environmental footprint through responsible production and resource management. This includes operating a closed-loop water system to minimise water consumption, utilising highly energy-efficient kiln technology, transitioning our operations to renewable energy wherever possible, and using 100% recycled and recyclable packaging materials. We continuously evaluate our practices to reduce waste, conserve resources, and contribute to a regenerative and circular economy.

Alongside our environmental commitments, we seek to create tangible social impact by supporting children facing serious illness. Myrtle & Broadway Limited is committed to contributing time, resources, and financial support to initiatives that improve the wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life of terminally ill and seriously sick children and their families. Through charitable partnerships, fundraising, and awareness initiatives, we aim to ensure our work meaningfully benefits this community.

In all that we do, Myrtle & Broadway Limited strives to operate as a responsible and ethical business that balances profit with purpose, creating products and experiences that enrich lives while protecting the environment and supporting those most in need.

Guided by integrity, creativity, and responsibility, it is my aim that the business seeks to operate in a way that balances profitability with positive impact; supporting people, communities, and the environment while demonstrating that thoughtful business can be both commercially viable and deeply human.” Jez Rose, February 2026
