We are committed to supporting each other as a team and our clients using effective disaster recovery procedures and business continuity planning.
Our disaster recovery plan details the critical business processes and activities which currently support the effective day to day operation of the Myrtle & Broadway Ltd brands, which are required to re-establish effective operations in the event of a major disaster occurring which affects premises, supporting technology (computer/telephony) and/or staff and our commitment to clients.
Whilst this plan is intended for use in the event of major disruption to services, it may also be used as a guide in the event of minor (i.e. half to one day duration) disruptions to operations. The plan consists of a number of separate and independent appendices, providing flexibility and ease of management of the plan as a whole. By following the procedures and utilising the data contained within the plan document, a planned and controlled resumption of day-to-day operations should be achieved.
Given the international context of our brands’ work, we take the smooth provision of services and operational activity seriously to ensure any disruption is to an absolute minimum.
